Acceptance of Terms

By using directcoffee.shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

Who We Are

Direct Coffee operates directcoffee.shop. We connect customers with independent coffee roasters in Chiapas, Mexico, facilitating the sale and direct shipment of specialty coffee.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price charged for an order is the price shown at the time you completed checkout.

Product descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variations may occur — particularly in flavor notes, which are inherently subjective.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you won't be charged (or will be refunded if already charged).

Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your payment card information. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping terms are covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers
• Scrape or harvest data from the site without permission
• Submit fraudulent orders

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Direct Coffee or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
