Shipping Policy
Fresh coffee, delivered straight from the roaster
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple:
- Free shipping on orders over $160
- $25 flat rate on orders $90–$160
- $90 minimum order — we can't offer small orders due to international shipping costs
There are no tiered rates, no weight calculations, no surprises at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We're starting here while we build out our logistics, with more regions to follow.
Where Your Coffee Comes From
Your coffee ships direct from our roasting partner, Grano x Grano, in Mexico. This is the whole point of Direct Coffee: you're not getting a warehouse bean that's been sitting around. You're getting coffee that was roasted and packed for your order.
Because of this direct-from-roaster model, shipping takes a bit longer than a domestic warehouse. That's a trade-off we think is worth it.
US Customers — Customs & Duties
Roasted coffee imports from Mexico are generally duty-free under USMCA trade agreements. However, US orders may be subject to customs processing fees charged by the carrier. These fees are outside our control and are the responsibility of the buyer. We'll always be transparent about this at checkout.
Delivery Times
Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after your order is placed. Customs clearance (for US orders) and carrier routing can affect timing. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
During peak periods (holidays, new releases), allow a few extra days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out at our contact page and we'll look into it.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, please contact us right away. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle these situations.
