Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple:

  • Free shipping on all orders $75+
  • $75 minimum order

No flat rates, no weight calculations, no surprises at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Where Your Coffee Comes From

Your coffee is roasted fresh in the week leading up to shipment. It's then held for at least 3 days to allow offgassing — this is what makes freshly roasted coffee taste so much better. Only then does it ship.

We don't keep beans sitting in a warehouse. Every order is roasted to order, which means you're getting coffee at its peak.

US Customers — No Customs Fees

We ship US orders through a domestic resender. This means your order enters the US as a consolidated shipment and is forwarded to you domestically — so you won't see the ~$32 customs inspection fee that direct international shipments can attract.

Delivery Times

We ship once to twice per week. Expect delivery in 4–10 days from when you place your order. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

During peak periods (holidays, new releases), allow a few extra days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package through the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at hello@directcoffee.shop and we'll look into it.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, please contact us right away. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle these situations.
