Our coffees are roasted by Grano x Grano (GXG), an independent specialty roaster in Chiapas, Mexico. GXG sources from small family farms in the region and roasts in small batches for freshness.
Initially, we'll be shipping to the US only. Once we've established our operations, we plan to expand to Canada, New Zealand, and eventually Europe.

Coffee is a perishable product and we can't accept returns once an order has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
